Our mission is to simplify life for our clients and create opportunities for growth – for our people and our business.
Make an impact where it matters
We are looking for a Senior Insurance Advisor (Property) to join our small, high-performing team.
This senior role combines strategic advisory with real ownership of client delivery. You will work closely with multinational clients, building trusted relationships and delivering pragmatic, high-quality insurance solutions.
We are looking for someone who actively improves our programmes, anticipates client needs, and consistently goes the extra mile to deliver real value.
The role requires a strong communicator with client focus, who works collaboratively and is comfortable taking full responsibility, from advisory to execution, including the detail and administration behind it.
Your responsibilities
As a Senior Insurance Advisor at Ikano Insurance Advisory, you will deliver expert guidance to our core clients within the IKEA franchise sphere while building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with them.
This role includes a significant hands-on component, with a strong focus on client servicing, administration, and day-to-day coordination to ensure smooth delivery and high client satisfaction.
In your role, you will take end-to-end ownership across both advisory and execution, including:
- Advising large multinational clients on global insurance programmes, with a primary focus on Property Insurance.
- Managing the full lifecycle of placements – from negotiation and purchase through to hands-on administration, documentation, coordination with insurers/brokers, and claims support
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships and delivering tailored and pragmatic solutions, while proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and improvements beyond immediate requests
- Facilitating meetings, including preparation and follow-up actions to ensure client satisfaction
- Representing Ikano’s values in your day-to-day work – using common sense, working together, and daring to be different while always acting on fair terms
We offer you
This role offers real influence and impact within a caring and open culture where we live our values, deliver with commitment, have fun, and operate with a long-term perspective – because here, opportunities arise and growth follows.
You will work in a small, efficient, and highly competent team servicing one of the most dynamic and innovative multinational brand – IKEA. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues and take on varied responsibilities. The further development of our co-workers is embedded in our company philosophy.
Are you the one for Ikano?
You are the one for Ikano if you combine solid analytical skills with a proactive, service-minded approach, take ownership of your work, and bring proven experience from the insurance industry.
To efficiently take on this position, we believe you need:
- A university degree or similar education in insurance or a related field
